Roadster Diner — Restaurant in Mount Lebanon Governorate

I’ve been dining at Roadster for over 20 years, and what keeps me coming back is their consistency. The recipes taste just as good today as they did years ago, and the regular updates to the menu ensure there’s always something new to try, catering to every taste and preference.

That being said, my review today isn’t just about the food — it’s about the exceptional customer service. During my last visit, I had an unfortunate incident where my dress got caught on the sharp metal edge of the table and tore. What could have been a frustrating experience was completely turned around by the way the staff handled it. Later on, the follow-up from customer service was just as respectful and thoughtful.

This experience reminded me why Roadster isn’t just another restaurant — it’s an institution built on values of care, respect, and customer appreciation. It’s rare to see such responsibility and attention to detail in handling unexpected situations. The restaurant is spacious, with both indoor and outdoor seating, but the indoor seats are more comfortable. The decor is cool and colorful.

We ordered the Burger Sampler Iftar Edition, which includes a choice of Chicken or Classic Burger, two chicken strips (BBQ or Buffalo), four mini mozzarella pops, fries, and two sauces: honey mustard and Thousand Island.

As for the burger, the chicken breast was good, but the ham option was tastier. The bun was excellent. However, the chicken strips lacked BBQ sauce, and the texture didn’t feel fresh, as if they had been reheated. The mozzarella pops had a crunchy coating, but the texture wasn’t great. On the other hand, the Thousand Island sauce was amazing!
