So I’ve come to this park now a little over 5 times now. Every time I visit Beirut.
It would have received 5 stars for the actual playground and park itself.
But, the management and the rules sour the experience. One year olds have an admission fee even if they’re not walking! For 6 people to go into the playground including a one year old it was $25.
They are extremely strict about no drinks or food coming in from outside, yet they don’t have healthy options they sell on-site other than packaged snacks.
One year old get hungry frequently. When we asked if we can feed the kids right outside the fence and come back in. They said we are required to repay the entrance fee! Can you believe that?
So if I step for one second outside the park to feed the one year old a drink or snack I brought I have to pay $25 again.
For this reason, I don’t know if we’ll ever go back. Was really not happy with the management, pricing, and rules.
I honestly feel bad for Lebanese families who want to have a good time but a) cannot afford coming in, and b) have to deal with these rules.
Basically completely unaccommodating if you or your child has any allergies, or sensory sensitivities, or other diverse needs with the policy of no food drinks, and no diverse healthy options available nor a chance to leave and come...
Read moreSuch a nice place for kids really impressive!!However they have horrible attitude. So you pay 5000 per person and 10000 for kids at the entrance. Which is fine. They tell you you get a complimentary drink within the 5000. You go and ask for your drink, order coffee, and there you Go... you get it in a PLASTIC disposable cup, the one used for drinking. You ask for a replacement, and they tell you you have to pay 1000 for a carton cup.. i thought it was a joke..Coffee in a plastic cup thats boiling in your hands and you cant event hold it.. i asked for management and in fact she was serious about it...because a carton cup is more EXPENSIVE and kept arguing about it.... Are you kidding me.. a carton cup costs 50 liras!! Please dont offer us drinks if thats how youll serve them..let us just buy...

I was really surprised and disappointed to find out that the park strictly prohibits bringing any food inside – including baby food for infants under one year old. It’s a kids’ park, after all. How can you expect families with babies to spend hours there without being able to feed their little ones?
I completely understand the need to keep the park clean and safe, but there should be reasonable exceptions – especially for babies who can’t eat regular food yet. It just doesn’t make sense, and honestly, it made the whole experience uncomfortable and stressful.
I hope the park management reconsiders this policy and makes it more...
