UNLIVABLE. The pictures are outdated by at least 30 years (1970's) and positive reviews seem to be fake and I fell for the trap. From the very start to the end it was only compromise after compromise. Stayed here in Jul-25 for 13 nights/14 days, yes that many days in this cave. Right at check-in, I was given to a shock when they said the room I had booked was not available and I could accept something lower, which I could take or leave. Had no choice but to accept it, as I just landed and wanted no problems. The rooms are gloomy with just one (yes, 1) bulb/light working. The rooms smell horrible, full of cigarette and Mould. You get only around 20hrs of electricity everyday. I was given only 2 towels for the entire stay, repeated requests to clean the room fell on deaf ears. You can hear noses from the adjacent rooms, disturbing your sleep. The Generator is just by the room and the smoke gets in easily. The breakfast was very very limited and fixed, the same all day, all year round. The Plates/cutlery were dirty, not cleaned properly. One time the spoon fell on the floor and the waiter just picked it up and put it right into the chafing dish. The linen, don't want to even talk about it, never cleaned apparently, full of stains and some with bl ood. There is no soap, water bottles, kettle or any other basic amenity provided. Carry your own Anti-Bacterial/Septic/Fungal soap with you, which I did. Spend a little more and stay in much better hotels just around. BEST AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The location is excellent, very close to the sea—just a street away. My room was clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked well. However, the TV channels were not working throughout my stay. I filed a complaint, but the issue was never fixed. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was very poor. In the lobby, it was acceptable, but overall, the internet situation is terrible. Breakfast was limited and the same every day. The electricity cuts off for about 4 hours each day. There is hot water available for showers. The staff were respectful, especially a man named Mohammed.

Had booked a 4 night stay - left after 30 minutes! Photos show a renovated room but the actual lodging left much to be desired. Price per night far exceeded the hotels rating - Mould growing on the ceiling in the bedroom, no towels or toiletries in the bathroom, no kettle or cups, Stains on the walls and mattress! There was a sea view and very small balcony but no way to open the windows/doors to enjoy the sea view. The lobby looked very dirty, as did the hallways to the rooms. ||Hotel staff were both argumentative and totally blasé when we came down to cancel our booking. ||||Save yourself the hassle and cancellation fee and...
