Pusynas Hotel SPA — Hotel in Druskininkai

We took the superior room in this hotel. The handel of the door was broken, the light in room was burned out, the TV doesn't work, the heating in living room was electrical, the smell in the room was bad. Also there was a carpet covering everywhere, the walls was thin like the paper and you can hear your neighbours clearly.This is called a superior room. The environment in the whole hotel is very old-fashioned and the equiptment is used-up. One thing was good in this hotel - the hotelkeeper. He changed the door handle and light bulb with a smile.

We have ordered spa procedures. The equipment was oldish and rusty. The massage table was so uncomfortable, that you can't enjoy the procedure.. It was cold, either. I notice the wores flying around.. the procedures were interrupted by calls and long talks. The administrative staff are not willing to help, you can't do any changes or oder additional procedures. Though, the spa massagers can do that.

Talking about food, which were included in the living price, it was also non-exasperating. The cheepest products. And the coffee was from synthetic powder.

The hotel itself and the room were very tidy. The room was quite plain and basic, but had everything we needed. Breakfast was quite nice though not very varied. We stayed here for two days and breakfast was the same on both mornings. We had one dinner in the restaurant and it was tasty. The biggest issue was organisational problems - we booked a package and boy did we have much hassle with it. We were told that we will have to pay extra WHEN we arrived although we weren't informed about that when we booked our stay (to be honest, they cancelled the fee in the end), and then it turned out that they did not book us for the spa as we had requested, and then we had issues with the aquapark tickets which were included in the package... Stayed for 2 nights. Very central perfect location, good breakfast with multiple choices. Rooms were silent, clean and warm, but sooo outdated, furniture probably 20-30 years old. Elevator slow and clearly from soviet times. Separate story about reception. Ladies working there seems hating their quests - attitude is in minus level. We had an accident in the room, doors were broken and locked from inside, we could not get out, called reception at least 10 times - nobody picked up the phone, finally find some emergency number and were rescued by room service 🙂 SPA services should be improved - jacuzzi was cold, steam sauna upregulated, no bathrobes, towels from the room.
