During our stay at Loft Inn, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. We booked for 2 nights, but left after the first night.
Fake Reviews: It was apparent that the hotel had numerous fake five-star reviews, which misrepresented the actual conditions. You can check yourself and will see the multiple five-star reviews, which have no text, but rated the hotel and the hostel at the exact same time with 5 stars.
Lack of Air Conditioning: There was no air conditioning in our room (ok, because not advertised), but also not in the common areas, which is unacceptable for a three-star hotel, especially during the hot summer months.
Dirty Toilet Seats: The toilet seat in our room was visibly dirty upon arrival, and after reporting it, they offered us a different room, but this room was even hotter and the windows could not be opened properly, which made the room unbearably hot, making sleep impossible.
Reception Issues: The reception was shared with a hostel and located away from the main hotel. Despite being advertised as 24/7, it was unoccupied multiple times when we needed assistance. Additionally, the receptionist ignored us when we reported the mentioned issues.
Check-in: No self-check-in, you need to wait for the receptionist. We had to wait about 30 min for checkin.
Location: Very close to the train station and some bars (drunk people were screaming in the middle of the night outside), which makes it very noisy at night.
Impact on Stay: The lack of air conditioning, dirty bathroom, non-functional windows, and unavailability of reception staff led to an extremely uncomfortable and sleepless stay.
I would have expected, that we would receive a (partial) refund for the first night, but the receptionist refused and just said, that she needs now to handle other guests. They also kept the city tax for both nights, despite us leaving after the first night.
Conclusion: Loft Inn failed to meet basic standards expected of a three-star hotel. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary...
Read moreStayed here because of the reviews, but after research many 5-star reviews are FAKE. Without the fake reviews the hotel will end up it as 2/5 star rating. If you click into those accounts that wrote the fake reviews that do not have comments you will see for yourself.
The blonde Russian receptionist was extremely RUDE and dismissive, with a noticeable attitude problem to all the guests. Despite their claim of 24/7 reception, we waited over 30 minutes to check in and out of another HOSTEL and not even the hotel itself! Another claim is they are 'self check-in'. Which is not true.
They also overcharged us and other guests twice as amount city tax for the stay which is not legal. She threatened us and then ignored us when we wanted a refund.
They FASELY advertise a 3-star rating hotel. There’s NO AIR-CONDITIONING in the rooms or common areas but only where the reception is suppose to sit. Other guests also complained about the stuffiness and heat of the whole place which made it unbearably hot and impossible to sleep. The rooms were DIRTY with hair in the bathroom and very noisy due to nearby train tracks. This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Would not recommend.
If you have nothing better to do than wait for a rude receptionist and want a hotel that is dirty with other people's hair everywhere + thin mattress, loud and with unbearable heat in the rooms then go here. Otherwise there's many better hotels for the same...

On the fifth floor: the Loft inn with clean appartements for two or four people (two on the couch). You should probably change the nale as the check in is pretty bad. Reception was closed when we arrived, and we had to wait with other guests to check in... Not enough bed sheets in the room. Not enough towels... reception never brought us the missing towels in two days... Perfect location in front of the...
