Stayed here for 3days. On the second day early morning, we were getting ready and greatly shocked as someone banged the door and a hand just pulled out the card which was on the wall and power supply off. My cousin and I were really scared and in few minutes the card was returned in its place. My cousin saw it as she was standing near the mirror. Later, we get out of the room and saw the housekeeping staffs and asked them why our room had no power supplies. At first they said that its normal matter due to power supply in that building always got problem. But I told them that I looked out from the tiny window and saw outside has power supply. Then only they say sorry for they mistakenly turned off the power supply in our room. They thought we've checked out but couldn't they hear us? My cousin and I were talking inside the room as we're getting ready and heard them nextdoor and they do not hear us inside the room? My question is; Why can't they knocked the door first before pulling out the card? Instead they banged the door to enable them to take the card out. No wonder why the door lock is useless. I tried to lock the door but it doesn't locked. I can only used the hook lock to lock our room during our stay. And even the hook lock is damaged and glued. The double room 314 is okay except the bathroom ceiling had holes which I have reported to the receptionist. I don't know since when the hole was there. I hope the management will look into...
Read moreI reserved this place via Agoda. Definitely not recommended. No shampoo, no body soap, no toilet paper, shower of one of the bathrooms doesn't work (video attached), yellow stain on towel provided (picture attached). Receptionist of the apartment told me I must contact the owner to get these fixed. I was advised by the receptionist that I can find the owner's number on the PDF file of my reservation confirmation mail. I called the number to find that Agoda gave me the contact number of the previous owner. I can't reach out to the owner for support. I ended up buying all the toiletries myself, and cancelled my second reservation of the place. I will never use this place anymore. In case you are also not getting your toiletries supplied, there is a supermarket in the shopping complex within the same building. I think that’s quicker than contacting Agoda. Read moreI had an unpleasant experience for my stay at Likas Square Apartment. Stay for 2 nights. Booked in advanced for a deluxe suite. I was allowed early check in at 1pm but room wasn't ready. When I returned, the room assigned to me was taken back and was made to wait another 30 minutes. Reason given another person waited since morning. I booked 2 months in advanced and it wasn't considered a wait for Likas Square Apartment. After 30 minutes, the room wasn't ready but was allowed to check the room. Room was downgraded. Only 5 beds available when it was supposed to be 6 beds. The hotel only informed me a bed will be given after enquiry. Another friend of mine requested an extra bed and the hotel waived the charges. Somehow no explantion given why my room was downgraded. Enquiries has been sent, via emails but no answer was given. There was no cooking utensils prepared.
