Manhattan Suites — Hotel in Borneo

We arrived at Manhattan Suites ITCC, level 12, house no. 2, around 10:30 pm on June 9th, 2025. Parking was plentiful and very easy to access, a major plus.

Our first impression wasn't the best. The cleanliness of the common areas, particularly the floors and lift, seemed to indicate a lack of regular maintenance. This was a bit disappointing.

However, once inside our apartment, the experience improved significantly. The apartment itself was very clean, nicely furnished, and well-equipped. Everything was in place, making us feel immediately comfortable and at home.

Our three-day, two-night stay was very pleasant thanks to the convenient location attached to the mall. Having easy access to shops and amenities, including nearby Zus Coffee and 7-Eleven, was extremely convenient, especially for a coffee lover like myself.

The proximity to NIOSH was ideal for our training course – just one building away.

The apartment offered a nice view, and although it seemed to be a studio design, it had a small separate room (though lacking air conditioning). While the central air conditioning didn't perform as well as hoped (we adjusted it to 18°C but didn't see much improvement), the sleeping area in the main hall was well air-conditioned. Even without perfectly functioning AC, the apartment remained comfortably cool both day and night.

Overall, despite the initial less-than-stellar impression of the common areas, we had a very enjoyable stay at Manhattan Suites ITCC. The apartment's cleanliness, convenient location, and proximity to our training made it a great choice. We would certainly consider...

Lived here for 1 year. I pity the owners of the apartments. The construction work on this building is so low quality. The corridor looks like those cheap rentals in Segama/Sinsuran/Inanam. Even the entrance and the lobby is pathetic, it looks so poor. For a name like that , the lobby, the lift areas, should have a smart if not grand designed interior. Their emergency staircase behind the lift is dirty and has construction waste scattered on every floor. If there’s a fire, on this staircase, you will stumble and fall first before you are able to save yourself. The corridor at my floor (10th) was never mopped. And sometimes there’s only one lift working. ONE! Security is bad. Anyone can enter the building. Outsiders can enter from basement parking without having to scan a key card, and explore every floor. Garbage bin disposal used the same passenger’s lift. Internet line 2 bar. I wouldn’t buy a unit here. Tenants from other unit sing karaoke and talked so loud it’s a noise pollution.
