Sushi King ITCC, Penampang — Restaurant in Sabah

Recent visit here 8/4/2022 disappointed me and my whole family, the issue is with the staff arrangements and their attitude, work ethic is very low. one of the staff male to be specific always take of his face mask he is one of the supervisor or person in charge. I did take a video on how they handle the food but not worth to post it around. the chef is taking mask off often while doing the dish/sushi. and sushi bar is unhygienic not clean at all, most of the untrained waiter is same behavior. Sorry to say to the owner of this sushi king ITCC branch. But if this continues to be the same staff I can say you will lose your regular and new customer it will be completely ruined. This place is use to be great during their first year of opening. Please save this place by hiring professional help. or please let your staff to change their attitude and don't wait something else happen. The food no complaint. Taste same like other branches but the Service. I so sorry but i need to say this...really bad service in term of taking order and serving time. I went there around 2.30pm. order only 2 dish 1 drink. i get my Green Te after almost 10 minute. Then mix Bento after 20 minute and the worst my salmon sashimi almost 50 minute! I asked for cancellation after wait almost 30 minute but they said "mau siap sudah" . "Mau Siap Sudah" take 20 minit to arrive on my table. The next table which is come after me get the food 1st?? and during payment...another 1o minute?? come on... the worst branches i ever been. still prefer...

I recently dined at Sushi King Itcc, and it was a memorable experience.
