A1 Chicken Rice (ITCC Mall) — Restaurant in Sabah

I had a very unpleasant experience when I had lunch with my family here yesterday. We have faced the problem of dirty cutlery three times in total. First, there is a mint leaf in the ice cup. If this is a specialty of your restaurant, please give a clean mint leaf instead of withered one. Second, there is no any tableware on the table. I can understand if this is your restaurant style, but, should it be automatically given to customers? Instead of asking customers to wait all the time. We want asked for soy sauce dishes and wait for long time then there is given only one?? All the waiters are busy, and the customers are very tired and have been asking for it all the time. Can it directly prepare a full set for customer?? Alright, The main point, the soy sauce plate got the food residue left on it! Third, when I took out the teaspoon from the coffee cup, OMG! the spoon was sticky vegetables! I'm already half of the coffee! Do you know how disgusting this is?? We reported to the store manager for all of this issues, his service attitude was very poor, he responded to us that it was just a mint leaf. What do you want?! He didn't have an attitude to solve the problem at all, but said with perfunctorily, okay, thank you. That's it. I must share my experience here and I sincerely hope that the bosses of this restaurant knows the quality of your staff and improve...

Poor service, always serve the wrong order and their attitude always make my heart drop, I have dine in 4 times and 3 times serve wrong. Take away 5 times and they missed out the ginger sauce all the time and I always need to request again. This time, i wait for so long time (20min) without any other customer waiting with me (although I know there's few food panda order) , but when I ask them, they say "oh, haven't make yours".. That's all they replied by knowing I been waiting for that long. And they left out the sause again (I guess it's intentionally) .

Sadly, this will be my last time, and I will tell all my surrounding friends and family, never come to this restaurant to prevent them from facing the same bad memories.... Bad experience not just 1 time, but...

Ordered nasi ayam honey roasted chicken. Sedap, the nasi taste ngam. So puas hati this is not just ordinary ayam masak campur kicap. Kudos team cooking 👌🏻 we went during lunch hour on weekdays. Crowds was fine, not overcrowded. The staffs took our order a bit slow, but its okay ba. The food came very fast.

The interior ambiance is nice, its just that the cushion is so hard to sit on. But ok la ba, we just want to eat bukan healing-healing.

I was a bit shock there was no sink to wash hands. Only the toilet one punya. The toilet looks messy also. Prefer they build a cabinet to place stock or what so ever.

Overall, a good place for lunch. Will come again next...
