Less crowded during weekdays, can easily go in from front main door and back side door, strategic location, front view is facing highway and front car park. table is well assorted. Food is amazing, Cake is always fresh and displayed nicely neat and clean looks, customer can get Hokkaido cheese tart here with great selection fresh bake from the oven daily, cleanliness is always maintain and followed Standard operating procedure measure, payment can be either cash, debit/credit card , and even E-wallet is accepted here, staff and cashier is very well mannered and respectful to customer. Honestly, the last time I visited Secret Recipe was 3 years ago; this place is not really my favourite. and recently I went there again in their new branch at ITCC Mall. They have improved so much in their menu; last time I visited, they didn't have laksa, but now they do. So I tried their laksa, and it's good but not as good as Old Town's, but their coffee is the best. Service is bad. Literally stood in front of cashier for a good 5+ min and the staff/manager just walk pass the cashier minding their own business. None of them bothered serve me.
