Checking in into the hotel was okay. However when switch on the aircond, the remote control was not functioning , it's because they replace it with a universal remote control. When I called the receptionist on the night 20th June and ask her how to use the a/c remote control, she said she doesnt know anything about the remote. I asked her if they do not know how to teach their guest how to use the remote, why in the world would they replace the remote with a universal remote control. She blamed it on the house keeping .That female receptionist (20th June -Night Shift) was very rude while talking to me. But the male receptionist was very kind. When I asked for the wifi password from the rude female receptionist, she stared blankly at me and her colleague, the male staff quickly gave me the password. I don't understand how can they hire such person to be in the front office to be in charge with the customer. ||Again , on the 21th June , at 1.07am,I was awoken by the voice of a woman and also the sound of a walkie talkie . They were doing something outside our room and communicating with each other so loudly that it disturbs my sleep which is why I know it's 1 am in the morning. So ignorant to their guests!!! ||There were also white stains in the glass when I want to use the glass but didn't use it after seeing the stains in the glass. The hotel would be perfect if the housekeeping improve in what they are doing and fire the rude female...

Read moreWas very satisfied with the place of stay here. Rooms was clean enough. It's air conditioned. There are complimentary bottles of water with the usual coffee and tea. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. One of the things I truly appreciate about that area would be the fact that it has plenty of parking space! If you're renting a car or you drove there with your car, it's a definite plus!
There is a McDonald's nearby and the hotel is located not far from city-centre. Population there is pretty mid, mostly college students since a college is nearby.
The one downside I would truly give is the fact that my bathroom's sink was leaking. It isn't that big of a deal as it wasn't stinking or anything but it did feel a little uncomfortable knowing that under the sink is going to be constantly wet.
Overall, would definitely rent here again if I'm coming back...
