We waited 1 hour, still got our food yet. The service is terrible. The waiter wasn't even aware that we haven't got our food. I had to complaint directly to the kitchen to get the right attention. The waiters have no idea what's going on.

I would not recommend it.

Thanks the owner who had taken time to reply customer feedback. By the way, the restaurant wasn't even full at that time. I observed other tables who came later than us and they got their food first? By the way, I'm not the only person giving long-wait 1 star review.

I understand it could get a bit chaos when you have one of your chefs not around, but please at least own up the issues and be more apologetic when things go wrong. I think his reply has shown how much he valued his customer satisfaction.

Some constructive suggestion hope you done mind: if your waiters can have more training, update customer the reasoning of delay, it'll give customer some confidence that they are not forgotten or being ignored.

On the positive note, your roast...

I was here last year, and their wet stir fry noodles with pickled vege was great. Their cha sao is especially good. I came back in hope of having the same taste. However, I had a bad experience this time.

After ordering and paying at the counter (using eWallet), I waited for a long time for my noodles. This I can tolerate as they are busy. What ticks me is that they gave me the wrong noodles but did not apologize. Instead, they responded in an unconcerned manner and said "Can you take this noodles? Because it will take a long time to cook a new one". I was speechless, hungry and felt I was treated wrongly. I do not want to wait any longer so I reluctantly accepted the noodles. But I was disappointed further when I tasted the food, it has clearly deteriorated.

Long waiting time, bad customer service and poor quality food; needless to say, we won't come...

Best findings: Roasted Pork ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5/5 (Come as early as 1130am, later than that, there will be no more)

The roasted pork is the only drive force for me to come back here year after year. Best thus far in terms of taste and texture, couldn't find a better one throughout my road trip journey from Kuching to Kota Kinabalu, none i found that deserves much praise.

The only thing that put me off is the unpleasant smell especially when the wind blew towards yr direction. Otherwise fair.
