KFC Pavilion Bundusan — Restaurant in Borneo

Went here in the evening around 8.30p.m for the 11.11 sale, it was quit packed, odered and waited. Was searching for the toilet and it was on the 1st floor (there were no signage at first when we go up stated that 1st floor only used to access the toilet) So we decide to eat there(1st floor). So my wife and son stayed there and I went down to collect our order. Collected our food went up and eat. But there is two of your annoying staff at that moment, he was wearing kfc shirt with a hoodie sleeping there while charging his phone, he wakes up,went down and maybe told the another staff (girl) to come up, he went back to his spot and played with his phone watching reels and listening to songs in a loud volume and as the young lady came up she gave us the stare that she is not satisfied with us while cleaning which actually nothing to clean. Please train your staff on communication skills rather then doing this kinda things making your franchise look bad.

Everything is great, nothing to complain about. The food is as always typically good as a fast food store. But recently, KFC has acquired a kiosk machine for self order, for a young people like me, we can easily navigate and use it with ease. But when 40s citizens do not know how to use the machine kiosk self order and in a hurry to order at the counter. The staff rejected her order from the counter and still insisted on the person to order that the kiosk. Yes, there is one or two staff members standing by nearby the kiosk to help anyone to use. I'm just disappointed in the service, the kindness, and the helpfulness on the counter staff. At least, just kindly accept the order at the counter since there...

One of your staff cashier is really slow. I have to que half n hour to get to my turn...and there was only 2 people in front of me. 1 guy initially in front of me decided to que in the other line with 2 people in front of him. Guess what? He got his turn and me? 2 people still in front of me. The other cashiers are fine...but this girl is slow...like really2 slow. The other cashier served 3-4 customers but my cashier still with that 1 customer. Customer who came 15 min later than me got served earlier because she qued at the right line. This cashier should be working in the lobby area. Sorry for my harsh words. I hope the mgmt read this. The girl name starts with...
