TD CAPITAL HOTEL — Hotel in Borneo

the hotel is quite new so its clean..hehe

been staying here 2 times already..family suite 1 single bed and 1 queen bed for rm156

got tv(but channel limited and local like tv1,tv2,etc)

got keetle in the room,they provided also cup,tea bag,instant cofee,creamer and sugar in a packet..i like it🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

got hot water,hair dryer too

and also air con plus a ceiling fan...so its soooo cool and confortable🥰🥰🥰

and got lift also oo...not kaleng2 tis hotel😆

the staff is friendly too...if u want to check in at subuh2 pn blh like us..plan mau pergi blk ja tp last so tired so stay here la...hehe

the location la ada jauh sikit d inanam,dkt2 inanam mall..paking pn byk jg..

will consider staying here again...

booked a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The toilet wasn't properly cleaned, still had an unpleasant odor, and wasn’t flushed properly. Even the towels smelled of cigarette smoke. The housekeeping definitely needs improvement.On a positive note, the customer service was satisfactory, and the hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, and markets. Despite the cleanliness issues, the hotel has a strategic location, good amenities, and ensures safety and privacy for its guests. *Bad customer service always calling after 12 to check out even i already said we are packing things too check out already,And asking to leave very rude like they throwing you away from their hotel.

*The house skipping open the room for refreshment without any notice they just barge inside with the master key very rude and dangerous risking for stealing your item in the room.

*NOT RECOMMENDED HOTEL SO STAY AWAY...
