Location: About a 20-minute drive from the city centre. It’s a bit far, but the area is actually quite peaceful with no traffic noise at night. Got restaurant in front of the hotel but my advice is not to eat there. Saw rat as big as rabbit at night at the door of the restaurant.
Entrance: The entrance is beside a mall. The ground floor is where the lobby staff are located, but the reception is on level 6 — you’ll need to take the lift up to check in.
Parking: Mall parking but the hotel will cover the cost. So parking is FOC (level 3-5)
Deposit: A RM100 deposit is required. If you don’t have cash, you can withdraw it from the ATM on the ground floor near the Chicken Lah restaurant.
Room: The room was spacious and clean, with a fresh scent. The queen-sized bed felt a bit small (or maybe it just felt that way to me). I loved that the hotel offers a wide variety of TV channels — we forgot to bring our Mi TV box, so this was a nice surprise.
Facilities: There's a pool and a gym — definitely worth every penny.
Lost Item: I accidentally left my dirty clothes there in a laundry plastic bag. When I returned to ask about it, they said it was no longer there. I guess the housekeeping team had already thrown it away. I do wish they would ask the guest first whether they want to keep the item...
