Hotel Puri 36 — Hotel in Borneo

Booked this hotel via the Hotels.com app, which advertised it being in the city centre. We choose the hotel through the maps functionality in the app. It turns out to be 6 km's out in a completely different area. Hotel said it was the fault of Hotels.com and Hotels.com refused to relocate or reimburse us.||Got totally scammed by Hotels.com / Expedia and the hotel insisted we stay at least one night. Rooms are old and noisy. Airco was not functional in one...

Its too expensive with the facilities offers..

No hot water at shower, no tea or coffees, bad smelly in lobby n really bad pillows n blankets.. dirty environment.. and expired JKKP certificate for elevator..not worth for RM114.60 Per night... below RM70.....
