Cat Walk Studio — Restaurant in Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council

MY HUNCHES DOESN'T TRUST THIS PLACE. Several months ago, I called to ask about the accommodation pricing for my cats. I asked to see some pictures of the accommodation but they give excuses and say it's not their practice to reveal the cat's accommodation. Come on man! You can't proof that your 1st floor cat accommodation exists if you refuse to show pictures. I worry if I pay a large room for my cats, God knows they could actually be stuffed in a small cage. Then they said they have yet to take the pictures, and will post when it's ready. The man also said that if I don't trust their service, I can look for other cat hotels available in Melaka (which later, I did find one who openly shares their cat rooms and also allow to view the rooms).

Now, after several months, I still do not see any cat room types in the 1st floor. I just feel an honest operating cat sitting business should be proud to display their room types. That's how you sell your room and the customer can actually see what...

I booked a day earlier include food for birthday celebration. Arrived earlier 20 minutes to deco the table and the staff WAS NOT INFORMED I HAVE BOOKED A TABLE. But its ok bcs I thought they will prepare the food asap. So I told the staff to get the food ready. I was expecting when I arrived on time, the food is ready to be serve on the table. Instead, we saw an EMPTY TABLE and have to WAIT SEVERAL MINUTES for the food?? Whats the differences BOOKING and WALK IN actually? This is disappointing bcs this is SIMPLE RESERVATION. If u cant handle a simple reservation for smaller pax, just dont do it. Please upgrade your service!

The food I ordered was Lauk Kampung was actually quite okay and big portion. The only part I was satisfying was the cats are varieties and mostly friendly...

FIRST OF ALL, this is the best and even better cat cafe than best cafe at Kl. Its clean, it got a lot of cats...the handler are so experienced. other than cat cafe,they got boarding service like a cat hotel. The package are the best...rm20 for 45 mins playtime with cat, with drink, light meal, and a photo session with the cats. 5 out of 5, the most unforgetable experience. They got plenty of species and most of them are friendly. the hard thing is to get here, I hope grab will make this place a hotspot..i have to drop at seven eleven taman tasik utama then walk here but o erall satisfied.
