D Elegance Hotel — Hotel in Iskandar Puteri

Hotel is not maintained properly, checked into the room to find a broken light in the toilet, receptionist asked the security guard to fix the light instead of a maintenance guy which was weird, guard didn't know how to fix and wanted to use a tape to stick it back to the wall which was unacceptable due to safety reasons.||Changed to another room to find the air conditioner malfunctioning - it was making loud vacuum noises, informed the receptionist again (evening/ night shift), and she was being rude this time saying that other guest who used this room did not make any complains why am I making such a fuss, so she told me she can only change another room for me one last time because housekeeping house to clean all of the 2 rooms that I've already been inside...I told her I don't mind paying for a bigger room or pay the same price for a smaller room as long everything is working ok.||So I got the third room and guess what....the toilet door was broken and I got myself stuck inside the toilet....took me a while to get myself out because I left my phone in the room, and the shower door was missing in this room, not a big problem but it wets the floor after taking a shower and may cause other guest to slip and fall if not careful, the hotel should consider replacing the missing door to avoid accidents from happening? Also I noticed the toilet light had the same problem as the first room, the hotel used a hard cardboard to push it against the wall to prevent it from falling....what a joke if this is how they are...

|Staying 2 nights in family room with family that consist 3 young kids age 6 to 10 years old while visit Legoland. Distance between D Elegance and Legoland around 15 min drive. The room was spacious- 2 double bed, working table and ample space to put luggage. The bed is comforts and had standard room amenities. The downside of this room is the room's corner is dusty and not so clean. The bathroom is ok but the bathroom accessories like towel rack install so high and the water host rest is misplace (cant hold the host and it keep drop down). The good part is there is a rain shower. Customer service is friendly and hassle free check in/out. There is one water dispenser (Coway) near the lobby lift and it convenient for us to get free water refill.|Location is great near convenient store, plenty of food store, bank, etc with walking distance. Hotel parking space ( free parking ) is limited and it just located in front of the hotel with 24 hours security patrolling. There is still lots of parking bay near the hotel but its required pay parking ticket ( its only free during Friday and Saturday only)|Overall the place is convenient and strategic. With the price we paid, its consider very good...

Hotel is nice, good size.. Clean and spacious... Reception when checking in is friendly when asked question. Nothing exceptional. For the price I paid, I think i should not expect too much but definetely management can look into lots of improvement esp for service staff.|Positive : Room is clean, rain shower presure is good but noisy, aircon is nice, view from my room is good too, facing the Amin restaurant (but food wise.. Neh) Room 207|Negative : Hotel is far from everywhere.. Thankfully, there's grab to save the day, No minibar/refrigarator, No cabinet or safety box, Not so friendly hotel staff. The security guard however is friendlier i feel. My 2nd day, I told the frontdesk (indian lady) i want a room service before i went out, but when i came back at 7pm its not clean -__- but when i request for a change of towel the housekeeping is quite fast.. |Overall i would say its an affordable hotel if you dont mind it being far from...
