I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to both the poor service and the attitude of the staff. My entire day was ruined because of how I was treated. I made a simple complaint about the Laksa noodles having less than usual something we've noticed since we’re regular customers. Instead of addressing my concern properly, they just brought extra noodles and asked me to add them myself, which felt very unprofessional. I ended up canceling my order because it was clear I wasn’t being taken seriously. One of the Malay female employees was especially rude she raised her voice and said Dah Makan ke apa? implied we were just complaining to avoid paying, which was completely disrespectful. When I paid, I immediately gave the staff a warning in a nice way about how unacceptable the service had been. I left feeling disrespected and upset. For such a small restaurant, Staffs r not attentive enough, not saying that they r lack of staffs, its just okay and manageable. It’s so hard to get an attention from them.
