SDS Bakery & Cafe @ Nusantara — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

Just want to inform the staff of this outlet are really poor in communicating with customers. Last nite I went to this sds with my family celebrating fathers day and ask one of the staff at the bread section the kitchen is closed or still can order food she replies no and closed I wonder how she can replied to a customer like that. Maybe can tell nicely I can see a rude manner and poor customer service damn we come there not for free food we are paying and also not gonna to eat in twenties. And I pissed of the way she talked to me like that and bought some breads for my kids and went to counter and ask almost few are finished then the staff counter section more rude and also poor in English when I ask for doughnuts and also hotdogs bread she just walk away and a Chinese boy comes to intervene and handle my bills. Then I ask the boy why she not reply my question and just walk away do I look like a ghost 😂 man it's really a terrible in customer servicing. Pls sds management if you read this review hope you give a good training for your existing staff in this outlet. Because this outlet kind a big and I do a business too I can see how much effort we put for starting a business if your existing staff still in this kind of attitude and behaviour I'm sure this sds won't longer in that area. I'm not condemning your staff but as a genuine customer I still did buy some breads at last nite and I'm really not satisfied and also disappointed 😞 with your staff behaviour and attitude towards to me. Received bad exprience dine in here today. im a regular customer more than 10times i come here. But today, really bad experience.

1. i ordered grill lamb shoulder. 1 pc is okay to eat, another piece taste really bad like it already spoilt.and this meal is the top expensive meal in the menu ya.
2. feedback to the staff , she said just scan QR on the table to feedback ;(
3. this place at closed at 10pm,but around 9.30pm staff already ask for payment & start busy to clean the dine in area even there is tables with customer still eating. Mopping all over the floor, but no watsoever label or atleast put chair on that area. When we want to walk out the shop 9.45pm , my kids did not notice the slippery floor(mop area) & fell on his back.
4. we feedback nicely to the staff on this , either mop after your customer all out or at least put a mark showing tht its slippery. but what we received is very rude reply from the staff.

I am writing this because we have been a regular customer and this is the first time we are facing this kind of bad experience here. Very impressive ambience, clean and ample of seats. Variety of choices, comfortable and safe if you bring kids with you. Karage chicken with rice was excellent. We ordered a few other Korean and local dishes, all taste great. Only the kids' menu was quite bland, my grandson refused to eat the macaroni and cheese. For me the coffee wasn't that great. I ordered iced cappuccino with whipped cream. The presentation was just so unimpressive. Should not serve in plastic cup, look rather cheap with that price. The way they served drinks were not impressive at all!!! Seriously with that price? Please improve the way you serve your pricey drinks!!! Overall this outlet has good service and varieties.
