Natura Hotel — Hotel in Iskandar Puteri

This is the best 2 or 3-star hotel I have ever stayed. It exceeded all my expectations at a very low and affordable rate. Even beats 4 star hotel experience in the whole country and nearby countries.

Wifi speed is fast. Sufficient car park infront of the hotel and its surrounding areas. The interior design from the lobby to the lift to the rooms and private bathroom are superb, cozy, comfortable, cool in the eye. Facilities are PWD, children and elderly friendly. Front desk are smily faces and not the grumpy type. Can ask whatever you want. Security is present at night. Something that other hotels dont even offer. Requested for a non-smoking and quiet room away from the road and it was fulfilled by them. Location is a 5min drive to the taxi and bus terminal in Gelang Patah. There are nearby restaurants, minimart and mosque. Usual toiletries were provided e.g. shampoo,shower gel, toothbrush and paste, shower cap and sanitary bag. TV channels although not so many and some arent working its still bearable since wifi is there. Near the entrance door, smoking table and chairs were provided for smokers to hang out. Water pressure from the toilet is incredibly strong and water heater is efficient.

In short, I cant think of any negative things to comment about our stay because I enjoyed our short stay and will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend this to all! Dont...

Nightmare Hotel! Worst Receiptionist! Bad Service! Bad Soundproof！ I made a reservation for a room with a window view on Agoda, but upon checking in, I was informed by the hotel front desk that my booking was for a room without a window view. Despite their acknowledgement of the error, they were unable to rectify the situation and advised me to contact Agoda myself. I spent over an hour trying to resolve the issue, while the hotel staff engaged in casual conversation and made no effort to assist me. It was frustrating to have to wait with all of my luggage in the lobby, and it seemed like the hotel was not taking responsibility for their mistake.

Eventually, I asked if I could at least check in and store my luggage in a temporary room while waiting for a resolution from Agoda. The front desk admitted that this was not the first time such an error had occurred, but did not seem to be actively working to prevent it from happening again. To make matters worse, the room provided only had two sockets despite accommodating three beds, and the hotel provided an electric kettle without a socket to use it with. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

Soundproof is bad, at night can hear the Malay hawker nearby on the music loudly and the family opposite my room making so much noise scolding the children and the children keep shouting. Totally a nightmare and worst hotel I have...

i need to have an early start the next morning somewhere nearby gelang patah area , so i need a place just to bunk in for the night... Customer reviews for this hotel seemed pretty good, so i booked a room ( but kept my finger crossed) i am delighted to find the what i see matches the praises and compliments by previous customers. ( which verifies that the good reviews are not done by the owner's childrens ...😁) The hotel is clean and well maintained. My the bed and pillow are comfortable, and the linens are fresh and crisp. The toilet was sparklingly clean. And the room even comes with bottled water , tea making facility and toothbrush kit with those little cute toothpaste tube)

All these at a rate that that barely dent your wallet ( in Sept 2023) Keep it up Natura, !!

Location wise, Too bad Natura is wayy, in the mid west of johor With the hotel facility well maintained and reasonable price, Natura would be the choice budget hotel for this area
