If you’re looking for a hotel with safety hazards , excellent silence skills, and terrible management, look no further. The owner has mastered the art of vanishing when there’s a problem.

Our digital equipment was flooded in his hotel due to a serious water leak from the public hallway bathroom, a facility the hotel is responsible for maintaining. The hotel failed to detect the problem in time (4 hours until some staff notice), failed to notify us (we woke up by the crazy noise of cleaning by ourselves), and even failed to take immediate action to help find compatible charger to prevent the loss of my online job that night.

His idea of customer service? Ignoring messages—apparently, because, later when we are at the police station he told me, my texts had nothing but "lists of items and figures." Excuse me, what else should I send when my property is soaked in your room? A love poem?

The owner's son take us and our things to inspection, which we fully agreed — that’s the normal procedure. But when the inspection companies confirmed that some equipment was indeed damaged and the storage devices need to be replaced ASAP due to the water corrosion, he refused to offer reasonable compensation. "take the new charger", he said, "more I can't give. If you don't agree we go to the police."

His reasoning? In his own words (said proudly in front of the police): “I have already spent 500 ringgit on inspection, so I can not pay anything else.” Apparently, paying for an inspection is, in his mind, the same as making the guests whole for hundreds of dollars in losses.

Safety hazards? Check. Poor management? Double check. Accountability? Nowhere...

The worst hotel staying experience I had my entire life!!! Dont ever come to this hotel!!! Its my work trip & I check in at midnight even though i made my booking in the afternoon and made full payment… When i was there, the room isn’t ready! The prsn @ the counter cleaning the room & offer me room without water heater!!! He suggested to shower at other room & sleep at this room!!! Can you believe it?! Yo man, we pay to stay at that hotel!!! We didn’t seek for welfare shelter!!! As i was too tired i pay extra for the room without water heater which is 3 prsn room for me alone to stay!!! Even that room aircond was leaking when i woke up in the morning!!! Ceiling full of dust & spider webs as if I’m staying in haunted house!!! Don’t think twice, never ever think about booking this hotel at all!!! Even the mrng & night staff complained that their management always like this no matter how bad the customers complained...

The worst ever experience booking this hotel. booked for 2 days through agoda but checked in a bit late at night. When we arrived, an old lady receptionist looking at us with strange look then asked us when we had made the booking. Omg that suprisingly when you had nowhere to sleep then got question like that. Then she said the that room was fully booked and asked us to wait for about half an hour. Then she provided me a tiny, dirty room behind the counter, the room so dirty with bersawang, noisy with other guests coming in and out. I do not recommend booking this...
