This place is great to buy freshly baked cookies especially for Chinese New Year. They mostly use hands rather than machine and you can taste it the softness and surprisingly not very sweet. Price is very reasonable and they are selling out fast. Outlet is not fancy but who cares as long as they are good.

Bad service from the staff. Asked to cut the cake into 4 pieces but cut into 5 instead. Didn't even care to admit his mistake. The cakes were being cut unevenly. There are fly flying around in the shop. We saw the fly stopped on the bread. Informed the staff but no action being taken. As a food operator, this kind of attitude is unbearable. 店里有苍蝇停留在面包上, 通知店员可是他只是说等下就会把面包包起来, 没有想要把面包处理掉的意思, 也完全不觉得不好意思。叫他把蛋糕切成4片, 结果没有照做, 每一片还切得不平均。问他结果他说是我们没告诉他。明明是自己的错, 却把责任推卸掉。身为饮食业者, 这样的态度实在让人不敢恭维。

I passed by this shop and went in to have a look. I bought their freshly baked wheat bread, banana cake and butter cake. Wheat bread is soft and fragrant. Just eating it without adding butter or jam is very delicious. Banana cake is delicious, coincidentally on the same day I bought a banana cake from Hiap Joo. After I compared it directly, I personally preferred the taste of banana cake from this shop. Butter cake is delicious, very traditional butter cake taste. If I visit JB again, I will come back to this shop to try their cheese cake. If you pass by this shop, I recommend trying...
