Hotel 91 Taman Daya (24 Hours Front Desk) — Hotel in Johor

Bad service counter and very dirty room! Phot and actual room is totally different! Room totally worn out, aircond leaking hence we told the counter and the counter blame us for not telling them in advance! Would we be that stupid for not telling that the room aircond is leaking if we found out earlier? Room was so damm small that we cant wait to get out of it. The second room that they changed for us was slightly bigger but there were white type of insects crawling on the wall and crockroaches, if not because it was already super late at night, we wouldnt even stayed there for another second! Upon checking out earlier, we asked if we could get a refund but they said no and when we complained about the insects in the room, they blame us that we blast the aircond in the 1st room and said that it was a new aircond. Would new Aircond be leaking? And the temperature was only 22! Super bad counter service experience, will never ever stay here again! They dont even whole accountability on their mistakes and only blame the customers who paid for the room! Worst...

Called and made a booking days before check in but on the day itself the owner or the service staff told me that I did not book the room online so it's based on first come first serve basis. Then what's the point of me calling and accept my booking thru calling?? Didn't realize the location is nearby a mosque. About 5.55am, they will start...

The room was clean and ok, the owner and uncles there was nice and friendly too, have water filter and stuff, but three disturbing thing, there's a smell in the toilet, the sink was not a sink, kinda inconvenience, and the sound proof was weak too, kinda disturbing...
