A&W Taman Daya — Restaurant in Johor

Come for drive thru on 7/11/24 around 2.20pm. During take order the guy speak so slow like whispering. I even rarely heard what he said. He think he doing on call with gf or what?

When drive thru 3rd counter for payment, the cashier name EMMA ask me what i order. AGAIN? I NEED TO REPEAT MY ORDER? why you need to do this to a customer? not so professional at all. with her angry tone towards customer. this thing couldn't be accepted. Even I asked to park in front their restaurant even there's no car behind the drive thru section. Such a hassle.

Ordered chicken tender set with 2 sauce (garlic and dynamite) but only got one sauce?? really? Today staff really really bad at service. sorry to say but need to send them for training for a better future of this...

This is not my first time here and every time I am here..the service kinda dropped. Waiting time to order is about 15-30 minutes depending on how familiar is the cashier with the computer system. Unfortunately mine is a new staff. She already preempt me so I was thinking...okay...I go slow a bit. I don't blame the cashier... but she made mistakes for all the order I made. With each mistakes she needs the supervisor's access card to undo her mistakes. I was really rolling my eyes big time. Putting a new staff during peak hour is a disaster. I finished ordering at 7.02pm. Got my food at 7.38pm. My root beer is oily, they have been running out of fries and my nuggets are cold. I hope they can improve the service...

We Had been to this branch for around 5 time as it's just around my neighborhood .. ,the first and the second time was good ,nice tender chicken and able to give us mix of chicken breast drump stick and thighs,but the 3th time we went althought we requested mix type of the chicken meat as my wife does not enjoy breast much but they still give us 4 whole piece of very dry breast anyway we still give it a chance and went back the 4th and the 5th which is final time it's still the same even we requested ...then its time I decided not to go...
