I gave birth in September. The nurse took me into the delivery room and performed an amniocentesis. Ten to fifteen minutes later, a female doctor came in and asked about pain-relieving medication. I didn’t want to take the medication, so I told the doctor that I needed to contact my family first. Then, around 7:30-7:50 am, my pain was so severe that I couldn’t stand it. I called the doctor and nurse several times, but no one came to see me. I finally told them I would take the medication, and the nurses and doctors came in. However, by then, I was in labor. I know this because I had already given birth. When the doctor was going to give me the pain-relieving medication, the female doctor had bad eyesight and tried to scold me because I couldn’t sit still. It was a terrible behavior. In the end, the doctor didn’t finish injecting the medication because my cervix was already 10 cm dilated until the delivery was over. After the delivery, no doctor came to check on me. Only the nurses came to check my blood pressure. The care at the hospital was terrible. It was as if they just wanted the patients to stay longer so they could get more money. They didn’t have any sincerity or genuine care. In the end, I felt terrible that day that the hospital prioritized making money over the safety of the patients. I didn’t care about the additional 1,700 baht I paid. #Finally, I'd like to ask the hospital to improve its service. I went there because a friend recommended it. I think it's the best hospital I know. I'm Thai and I'm reviewing this now because I just got free time. I'd like to tell that doctor, the woman with short hair, to treat her patients better. We're here to use the service, we paid for it, not for free. She should be more sincere and considerate of pregnant...
Read moreI had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Ng for both of my elective Caesarean deliveries — one in September 2016 and another in July 2022 — and I can confidently say that the experience was nothing short of excellent.
Dr. Ng is an incredibly calm, composed, and professional doctor. He always took the time to answer all my questions and concerns with great patience, which truly helped to ease my mind throughout both pregnancies. His reassuring presence and clear communication gave me a strong sense of trust and comfort.
The cost of the procedures and care was very affordable. The level of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness from Dr. Ng and the entire hospital team — including the nurses and support staff — was outstanding. Every visit felt welcoming, and I was always treated with kindness and respect.
Even my husband shared the same sentiment — he was equally impressed by how friendly, efficient, and organized the entire team was during both journeys.
I am truly grateful to Dr. Ng and the hospital team for being such a vital part of my childbirth experiences. I highly recommend them to any expecting mother seeking exceptional care. Definitely a well-deserved 5 stars from me!
