(1) Gave poor simply because the wifi is very poor in the rooms. Caused by inadequate infrastructure, usage by many guests, lack of inhouse technicians, low responsiveness of telecom company, no regular planned and unplanned checking of internet capabilities by staff. (2) Hotel disbelieved my complaint initially, blaming on the weather. But after showing the hotel staff, including the manager, around with Ookla speed-test, they realized there was a BIG problem. In the morning which is now, they said the technician came last night. But I had sat in the lobby and walked around until 10.30 pm to catch hold of him. But to no avail. (3) Trip tried to solve the issue but given the heavy thunderstorm, full booking of most hotels in Masai and Permas Jaya, I have no where to go. Further, other hotels would charge high late booking fees. So it is not just a refund of fees. I may have to sleep outside the streets if I check out from here. (4) Will never to return to this hotel. Surprised that the hotel displayed plaque showing Booking.com rating of 9.1. But Trip, Booking and Agoda probably did not regularly cross-check or audit this hotel either via reviews or tele interview with hotels. Shame on Trip for being unable to help me even when I am Diamond moving towards Diamond+ end of the year. (5) Today is Sat. Manager is not around, probably off, and not working. Yesterday before he left for home in late afternoon, he had said that the receptionist would give me a report if the technician arrived and resolved the issue. But I was not told of anything. Now after chasing the hotel for response, they said the technician came last night at 11.00 pm. That was when there was a hand-over of duty to yet another receptionist. I had worked in the telecom industry for many years and had wanted to talk to the technician to see how I can help or be understanding. Now, it is a mysterious hantu who was said to have turned up. (6) After talking to Trip.com, they offered modification and refund and a compensation that cannot make up for my make-up booking elsewhere. The Trip.com team probably based in China, had a very unsympathetic attitude towards resolving the issue. I decided to use Agoda for my make-up booking.

just don't come to this hotel HAHAHA. it's SGD23 but you're literally getting what you paid for. my room didn't look very well maintained, probably the same with other rooms. the place to hang your clothes is just one straight rack with a few random hangers, there's a safe but there's no fridge, no tissue, and kettle and iron and hairdryer cause you have to ask the receptionist for it (I think) and the toilet door can't even close properly. the sink has insufficient space for you to put your toiletries and the shower doesn't have a door to divide it from the toilet so water can easily flow out to the rest of the toilet. the shower also doesn't have and place for you to put your soaps. the toilet is separated from the bed by a tempered glass with a translucent lining, and the lining tore and they just tape over the torn area without properly fixing it. the toilet door handle was also abit dusty so I dont think they wiped it at all, and the towels reek of bleach. idk this hotel just doesn't give you anything a hotel room is supposed to have, not even the ambience. if y'all want to stay here maybe it's fine if y'all are just staying for like 1-2 nights, but for 5 nights plus it's just not it.

⭐ 2/5 – Not as shown online Room looked very different from the photos. Floor was dusty and we found live booklice (bookcase worms) crawling around, even accidentally stepped on one. Really gross. Bed frame was peeling and patched with masking tape. Chair armrest was broken and barely held together with torn tape. I had my active 3-year-old with me, lucky nothing happened. Window couldn’t latch properly (safety issue), but we were too tired to ask for a room change. Funny how they warn that your RM50 deposit will be forfeited if there are milk, lipstick, or food stains that can’t be removed… when the room itself looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. That said, aircon worked well, bathroom was fairly clean, and no musty smell. Staff at check-in were friendly. Good location near eateries, Watsons, Mr DIY, and 99 Speedmart. Okay for a short 12-hour stay, but not somewhere I’d return to, especially with young kids.

Some thoughts. Pros Room is clean, bed is comfy also pillows. water heater in bathroom works well. Hot per adjustment. Thank you. basic toiletries (toothpaste ,toothbrush ,small pocket shampoo and shower-finish in single usage). Kettle and hair dryer need to be asked from receptionist as they are not inside the room. No lingering smoking cigarettes smell. love it. They put out two chairs in the entrance of the hotel for those seeking to smoke. Fines are given to those alleged smoke inside the building. Sachet of nescafe, creamer, sugars with small drinking water provided. TV wise working well, got some decent and basic channels to surf. WiFi is good. password given upon checked in. However, if heavy downpour, signal is troublesome. Provide daily make up room which is very good for a 3-star hotel. Also changing and replenish items. keep it up! Watsons, DIY and other small markets and shop is walking distance. very convenient. Aircond function very well and cold as adjusted. Receptionist and cleaner are very prompt in handling issues and calls. Lights are not too dim and love the brightness. Convenient and prevent eye strain. Near Hospital Pasir Gudang 10minutes drive. Grab is affordable. Nice arrangement of beds and making use of small spaces.

Cons Room is small, just enough to open luggage. Not Muslim Prayer friendly. Need to close the toilet door and must have own prayer mat for hygiene. Space is adequate for the bed and luggage. Not recommended for two person or more. Halal food is more at the other side of big road. Grab is convenient for take out deliveries. Toilet brought some odour even before using it, like sewage issues. Please check the hotel sewage handling and drainage system and improve. Room is not properly managed. received the room with no safety lock from inside. It is already broken when entered. Need to rely only with the single lock doorknob. Floors are squeaky at the entrance room and some parts are already dissemble. The sink also missing the front tiles. Weird rule of staining any of the linen will be charged with Rm20-rm50. hassle the customer for taking pictures for proof and preventing from being fined. Deposit of ONLY cash RM50 must be given despite fully paid during check in. Receipt provided. Returned back once checked out. Room is not sound proof. You can hear outside people walking, talking and converse. No fridge and iron in the room. Can't keep my food or drinks. A bit sad. Wiring of the telephone provided is a bit loose. need to push and adjust to gave a call to the counter/receptionist. Bathroom combined with toilet are covered with glass that is half transparent. Can see figurine during business. Bed is quite low for height. Provide some safe keep for valuable things to be kept when your away. But NOT FUNCTIONING. where is the reprogram button. behind can feel dusty. not properly clean. Iron and water dispenser provided outside the hall in the floor. only used there. Just some note, not sure whether my new spray deodorant had fell or knocked out. last day the nozel can't seem to be working. need to throw away. seemed like being adjusted, but still not sure how it broke. turned off the mood towards the end...

See comment posted on Google map. Overall bad experience with this hotel and with Trip.com. Did not help me to resolve the issue yesterday on a very thundery afternoon.
