We have ordered satay chicken and have returned due to uncooked. However, the manager promised to waive, but at the end of the day, the staff was forced to make a payment. I think this is unfair. The manager should take responsibility and handle the guest complain professionally. We are happy to pay, but we also know that the restaurant and bar must provide good and fresh food, not uncooked for frozen and served like people eat for free.
