SDS Bakery & Cafe @ Kota Puteri — Restaurant in Johor

Service was 5/10, had to call the waiter to get the menus, waited to se seated for a long time and not so crowded. Waiters/waitresses were very unapproachable and did not adhere to the dining in policy of serving tissues and cutleries when seated. The cutleries were also dirty. There was only one waitress working upstairs so I think she's overworked hence the sour face and bad service.

Bakery availability is 0/10, I was there at 6pm and only bread, cake was left. So pls come way way earlier for pastries etc.

Place is extremely tight, the queueing system to make payment is very weak as they should encourage online payment for cafeteria. Also the seating arrangements is very close to each other and upstairs is a very small space.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. First, the toilet was extremely dirty, smelly, and unhygienic — it was honestly disgusting and really unacceptable for a dining place. On top of that, the service was poor and unprofessional.

The food also did not match what was shown on the menu. For example, the menu listed buldak noodles, but what was served was completely different, using sauces that did not resemble the original buldak instant noodles at all. It tasted awful, nothing like what was advertised.

Overall, dirty facilities, bad service, and misleading food quality made this a terrible dining experience. Definitely not recommended unless they...

I would like to share my experience in this outlet, it is certainly is a decent outlet with a comfortable environment and decent food. Sadly, the service did not meet the average cafe standard. There are a few things would like to point out:

The waiters/ waitresses seem to lack of training. I believe it would be basic to know and show all the menu available day. When having issue with transaction - even after the customer had shown the proof of successful transaction, there was no effective way for the staff to verify it. Please consider having an alternative method to verify transaction on your side
