The reason why we booked the hotel was because we have an early 7 am flight from Johor's Senai Airport. From JB Central Station Mall it will take you about 20 min to get to this hotel and you would pay about RM70 from the Malaysian Immigration Building in JB.||||Check in was fast since we were the only guests that came in that afternoon. The nearest mall they told us was about 20 minutes walk if you want to change your currency since they dont change currency in this hotel nor anywhere near the hotel.||||If you are staying here overnight its best that you bring your food and drinks so that you wont be inconvenience to go out and eat since there are no restaurants near the area.||||Upon check in they requested us to give a RM 50 deposit that will be refunded once you check out from the room. ||||We were given a room on the second floor fronting the main road. Since it was a family room(for 3 persons) we found the room spacious but except for a thermo flask and 2 cups and 2 coffee sachets there are no other amenities in the room. There are no closets just a stand where you can hang your clothes.||||They arranged for our taxi to pick us up at 5 am and they assured us that we will pay only about RM 40 going to Senai Airport.||||Good only for overnight if you are catching a flight out of...

Read moreReviewed the hotel from agoda but i choose to book by the hotel's website.after i send the online form i quickly call the hotel to double confirm and the receptionist said yes my name is there for the room i booked which the price is rm79. When i arrived there the Malay receptionist said there was no booking under my name.she asked what method i use for booking. I said thru website.she said that they only take bookings from agoda/website/calls. And i've done 2 out of 3 methods but still no records of my booking. I was really angry for the fact that is it already 12am n i was really tired. She offered another room which cost rm99 since the rm79 room is already fully booked.
