KFC AEON Kulaijaya — Restaurant in Johor

Gave KFC another chance by visiting this branch just to be disappointed again. TV not function for numbering, hand wash dispenser in fair condition, sauce dispenser just with chilli, no other sauce available. KFC cheezy wedges was my favourite but this wedges was not fried well that taste worse than any homemade using local kampung potato. Even worse that they only got cheese for it, no salad sauce no mayoneise.

Poor environment with messy vibe, poor facility condition, staff seems to be sufficient with one to two seemingly resting even at peak hour.

Always only one busy preparing cooked food for order that they could forgot they only have customer half of the order. I could only assume some customer may just left without order being fulfilled, forgotten by the staff and not hungry enough to confront the staff.

While used trays left on tables become norm in this branch, it really does not gonna worth any visit. Nothing like KFC I...

I recently visited the KFC branch and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I've been a long-time customer, but this visit left me disappointed for a few reasons.

Firstly, the service was unusually slow, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. It took much longer than usual to place my order and receive my food. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic, and it impacted my dining experience.

Lastly, the quality of the food was not on par with what I've come to expect from KFC. The chicken seemed overcooked and lacked the usual flavor. It's disappointing when a favorite fast-food spot doesn't meet the standards it has set in the past.

After placing my order for 1 rice plate combo, I was surprised and disappointed by the way I was treated. To make matters worse, the rice was missing from my combo meal. When I raised the issue, the staff told me there was “no rice” available and, without my consent, replaced it with a bun and mashed potato. However, I personally saw that there was plenty of rice available at the back, which makes this explanation unacceptable. At no point did the staff mention that my rice would be replaced, nor was I given a choice in the matter.
