OYO 44053 El Zahra Moda Alor Setar — Hotel in Kedah

Hi,

I do not recommend this hotel at all.

They did not have 24 hrs desk service. It was only from 2 pm - 8 pm. I did not see the hotel service time because usually they won’t accept it after operation hours,

However, they accepted my order at 11 pm & refused to refund the money back.

I called Agoda and they understood my mistake. They said, the system accepted the order automatically & it shouldn’t be a problem, just need the hotel to approve it.

Agoda gave response a few days later. This freaking hotel said I did not arrive for my booking.

Luckily, I snapped their empty desk picture. I also texted, called them so many times but no one answered. I have the picture of my visit there.

So, apa yang tak datang for check in nye? Tak guna punya hotel. Aku dah whatsapped, called, tak jawab. Hotel dah tak buka, tapi still accept order orang. Bodoh menyusahkan betul !

Orang penat nak check in, kau takde 24 hrs service tapi kenapa accept order ? Lepastu, tipu cakap kita tak sampai hotel.

Nasib baik aku ada tangkap gambar hotel tu kosong. Penipu punya hotel! Pemalas! Menyusahkan orang. Nak curi duit. Bilik tak kasi, lepastu...

I should put zero star because i had a traumatic experience. I already booked this hotel on oyo website and when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist said they no longer have any connection with oyo so i need to find another hotel! It was a horrible experience coz we didn’t know anything about the hotel is no longer with oyo! In last minute we have to find another hotel and I already paid for that hotel and didn’t receive any refund yet 💸 Oyo should remove the hotel if not another customer gonna...

What i like most is the price.. cheapest among others..

But the rooms window are problem, cannot close completely, so during night we can't sleep due to racing activities outside on the main road just Infront of the hotel..

The pantry are shared type at the ground floor..

And no nearby restaurant except pizzahut that located on the...
