I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent order. Unfortunately, several items did not meet expectations: • The aglio olio lacked flavor and was quite hard in texture. • The wedges had an unpleasant, sour smell and were soggy, making them inedible. • The Hawaiian chicken pizza and chicken bites were overcooked and slightly burnt.

One big complaint to the owner: please fix your air conditioning. I dont know who been giving u high scores?? So dishonest. I live in Jalan Pegawai and i know this branch has zero air conditioning since end of last year. Im writing this in August 2024 wei. Do the math. So embarrassing to Pizza Hut brand name that the owner of this branch run a sub sub sub par place. I pity the workers inside. I have to wait for my order outside! Can online order and pay online or via cash counter during pick up.... this outlet also has deliver service.... their service is quite fast and without delay..... pizza is hot and delicious...... personal size pizza during promotion just for 5 ringgit..... consider quite cheap..... they also provide table and chair for customer would like...
