Hotel Harbour Inn — Hotel in Klang Municipal Council

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Harbour inn . From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The facilities were spotless, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, and every detail was thoughtfully managed.

What really made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service from the receptionist. They were not only professional and efficient but also incredibly kind and attentive. Whether it was answering questions, helping with directions, or simply greeting me with a genuine smile, their hospitality made me feel genuinely cared for.

It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts. Thanks to them, I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit—and recommend it to others...

Hotel Review: Avoid at All Costs!

❌ Cleanliness: Absolutely terrible. The toilet, bedsheets, and blankets were all dirty. The floor was sticky everywhere.

❌ Room Condition: Requested a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room instead. The cigarette smell was unbearable. ❌ Air Conditioning: Completely useless. It’s there just for show, but doesn’t actually cool the room. ❌ Pests: Too many mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. ❌ Service: The receptionist was sleepy and unresponsive. We stood in front of him while he dozed off, waiting for the PC to load. ⚠️ Final Verdict: Not safe. Not...

Environment not so bad. Just that the facilities needed to be improved. The TV is unable to use, the bath room door is spoil, unable to lock, just able to close only. The sockets provided at a not so convenience place to use, making charging phone is a bit difficult. Is better if take an extension. The hotel got provide towels, soap and a big size cupboard. There is not lift to use, but still OK, the hotel just has two levels only. No breakfast available. The price is reasonable and quite cheap as overall. The location is very near to an seven eleven store, making quite convenience...
