First time I was here, there were miscommunication between the trainee and the staff, and I was given wrong info on discount item. And there's NO SORRY fm them.

Second time, Staff were not friendly. Kind of busy with their handphone. Feel like not welcomed, and there was no smile at all.

And that's it. No more SR Desa Pandan in my list. Please improve ur PR, and...

The best. Haha. Had a slice of cake with iced caramel latte few days ago, the best I've tasted in a while.. The staff were consistently, really great assistance.

One time i was looking for only a slice of cake at a very late hour, almost closing, they were cleaning when i reached there. Thankfully, the kind staff allowed me to take away one slice haha!!...

2 kali dah benda yg sama jd..layanan staff attitude class rendah..cuma cakap nak bayar card rm8 je dah jd isu pandang sinis kat kita..yess salah i sebab bawak cash tak cukup then kebetulan card yg kat hp ni tak cukup balance ,kalau nk bayar nak minta husband tranfer on9 banking dia problem that all je nk cakp tapi layanan sangat2 tak memuaskan..plss aware staff yg good attitude..yg sorang staff i cakap nk byr rm8 by card n rm100 cash trus blah cm tu je buat2 mcm bz kt situ sedangkan xde customer pun..pastu pandang sinis kat kita..aduhai plss lah stay situ ckp elok2 ngn customer dik oii..yg incharge take over pun satu tanya x boleh ke nak byr cara tu,x jwb tiba2 minta je duit soh byr juga..tanpa ckp aap2 seolah2 tak puas hati ngn kita punya cara.thanks yea atas...
