Lai Lai Hotel — Hotel in Labuan Island

I was in Labuan, Sabah on a business trip. This was the 1st time I stay in this hotel.||I chose to stay at king room with windows. Charges of the room was RM119.||Here’re what I like about this hotel:||||1) Everything looks new.||2) Locate near center of Labuan town.||3) Nearby supermarket, restaurant, 24 hours mini market and many more, 3 minutes walking distance from room to nearest restaurant and mini market.||4) Comfort and clean room.||5) Good wifi signal.||6) Fast internet with low lag.||7) Friendly receptionist.||8) Sufficient amount of switch socket outlet for charging your gadget.||9) Well equipped: TV, hot water shower, air-conditioning unit and toiletries, etc.||10) Fridge is provided.||11) RM1 deposit.||12) Locate far away from busy road.||||Here’re some downside of this hotel:||1) Hotel locate at shop lot, therefore parking space is limited during working hour.||2) No elevator.||3) Hot water shower barely warm enough||4) Far away from Labuan ferry terminal.||5) Bottle mineral water were not provided, definitely a first after so many business trip.||6) 2 tv channels only.||7) Didn’t accept credit card even though they have credit card terminal.||8) Wifi router of the same floor didn’t allow me to connect, have to choose upper floor wifi router.||9) Nearby pubs were noisy if they played music with strong base.||||I’ll stay here again if room not available in hotel which I...

It is new and very clean. The decor of the lay out is very pleasant. Comfortable bed with everything you could ask for, free wi fi, excellent TV. free tea and coffee making with the bonus of a big fridge. The staff is helpful with a smile. Would love to come back again to stay longer as it is very well priced at 99 ringgits per night...
