i went here for lunch during 2nd day hari raya. food took like one hour to reach our table and the shop wasnt even full. When our noodle soup was sent, it was overflowing and spilling everywhere, POOR PRESENTATION. All the waitress could say was “sorry tu org kasih terlampau penuh” as she handed us our food that was spilling on the table.
I have worked in f&b for 4 years and anytime i accidentally over poured the food or beverage i would make a new one instantly because no customer wants to receive their meals with that kind of presentation, macam kena buat cincai seja.
the place to put the soy sauce also was dirty, stained with so many soy sauce before even using.
when they took our orders, they even missed out on one item when clearly they already heard us ordered it. so we waited and waited for an hour for some fu zhuk, i told them to just cancel it cus taking too long. baru then wanna tell me oh actually didn’t kena punch the order. but when i paid for the food, tiba2 di resit ada kena include then had to inform lagi to cancel.
maybe staff upset didn’t get raya holiday hence the service like that. paid rm 78 for this kind of food and service, i ended up didn’t even eat my food cause taste so cincai already and dont...
Read moreThis place is overrated . It's not as good as it is reported to be ... normally patroned by seafarers and oil and gas company personnel , with excess cash to splurge about . The place tries to give the ambience of a high class , upper class or expensive restaurant ( the prices are expensive ) , but doesnt quite managed to do so ... the place is dull and boring . The food does not taste that good for the price that is paid . The supposed spicy chilly crab tastes sweet ! I would rather eat at a road side restaurant or stall than this place . The service is ok , the waiters are not that friendly , but they are accommodating . As i said before , foods are expensive and are not worth the price paid . So , come here if you must , but you do have better...
Read moreThis was my second time having dinner at Fisherman Harbour Restaurant (Chinese Restaurant), and once again, it was a great experience! The food was really good, and my little family truly enjoyed it.
The portions were generous, definitely more than enough to fill our happy tummies! The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole dining experience even better.
I’ve also been to their other restaurant many times in the same building, which sells sup ikan, ngau chap, chicken rice, and dim sum. I’m always there for their sup ikan, definitely one of the best in town! Fisherman Harbour never disappoints, whether it’s for a hearty soup meal or a nice dinner with family....
