OYO 89890 Mila Motel 2 — Hotel in Langkawi Island

Very good hotel. The owner and staff is so lovely, they speak good english. The reception is not always open, but you can call to the number on the door and they will answer or call back.

The room was good for two people, a bit small but we had a bed and toilet and for us it is enough. Only thing that was a bit "annoying" was the toilet hand wash tap (it didn't work, because it was broken). Maybe the staff didn't have the time to replace it, maybe they will later on! However, the room was very cozy for over one week!

The location is good. You don't need any scooter etc. To go to the center. It's about 20min walk. To the closest beach (tengah) you have to walk about 15min. It's a great beach, better than chenang!

There are some good restaurants and cafes nearby. BUT many of them open after midday. I recommend: Tasty cafe(that's the closest one), koffeemilia and the restaurant there is good too, Warung corner, and the restaurant next to sarah's...

This place is in a very secluded part of Pantai Cenang. It's like a 20 minute walk to the beach which isn't great.||||The whole purpose for me in going to Langkawi was to enjoy the beach and unfortunately the location of this motel isn't good enough. There are other places which are like 1-3 minute walks on the beach and I'd advise you to do that.
