Homestay Cozy Semi-D — Hotel in Malacca

Very glad to secure this place at last min because we need to be around this area. The picture from online look great and house is spacious too.

But we were quite disappointed with the worn off condition and dusty surface, the host immediately get cleaner to clean again. Host is very responsive and helpful

Many part of the house thing are very old and defect but didn’t fix or repair. Wardobe cannot open, no space to hang cloth or tower, narrow bathroom, standing fan unable to turn on.

Plus point is Aircon is cold enough, can park 3 car inside 1 car outside. The bed is consider decently comfortable, except the maid room bed is really cannot sleep type they using thin mattress that once you lie down can hit the wood lucky we didn’t need to use.

The house behind is full of tall grass we scare got snake so close all the window. There is not much ventilation In the house but they provide ceiling fan in every room which Is great

The 2 common bathroom is abit small.

To be honest for the price of RM1600 for 2 night stay is abit expensive for this location and quality of house but I still blessed we can secure a place is very short notice. Contact the seller and he responses immediately to secure for us.

The digital lock was faulty we unable to get in when we arrive, lucky he arrange someone to come and attend to us. Honestly with more repair and good cleaning this can be a better house because the outside has alot of space, the owner provide bbq pit table tennis and outdoor table set too. But not sure if is...

The house is super comfortable and absolutely clean! Not just that, everything is well prepared for you meaning here u dont need to worried about the matress or so on coz they already prepared evrything including the shampoo tho! Its just for the toilet for room upstair quite slow might be due to water pressure but so far you wont waste your money here coz you will have your great night...

Terrible. Very bad smell at the living hall, smells like some dead rat. No one is willing to stay at the living hall. No karaoke system available although mentioned come with karaoke.
