I recently had the pleasure of staying at OYO 90899 Tube Hotel Melaka and the experience surpassed all expectations. Booked through Agoda.

Their system doesn't seem to be synced with the Agoda even though they have posted there. When booking through apps, make sure to give them a call. The checkin time was 3pm and we arrived way past 3pm and the room wasn't prepared because they have overlooked our booking.

Luckily there was a room available.

The room itself was interesting. With the bed frames made up of steel tubes, maybe hence the name, and the design is very trendy.

What i don't like though is that they require access card to enter the hallway to the rooms, which is required to power the room as well. For a group of 3, it is a hassle if one has to go out since you cannot use the doorbell to knock since it the entry to the hallway requires an access card. Which they only provide one.

The vanity kit is non-existent but you can request some vanity kit at the reception and they will give you ones that are from who knows where cause it's random vanity kits.

The soap and shampoo in the dispenser has not been refilled and are almost finished as well.

The rooms are interesting but unfortunately, it is badly maintained. Would rate definitely higher if not for the quality of the service. The receptionist is friendly, but the quality of service falls drastically from there.

It's not a bad idea to stay here, but definitely, there are many better...

Room Quality: The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom clean and was well-equipped with toiletries (shampoo n shower gel)

Service: The service throughout my stay was outstanding. The staff were always courteous and quick to respond to any requests.

Value for Money: Considering the high level of service and the quality of the facilities, I found the rates to be quite reasonable.
