The fried chicken at this outlet is always the best. The skin always crispy & can taste the delicious herb-spice recipe they used. The staffs are friendly with good service. HOWEVER, the cleanliness of the toilets & wash sink have to be improved. The toilets got that funky smell & the wash sink lot of grimes. 🤦‍♂️

It is a nice & cozy place to eat with a kid. Only a small shop lot can cater 4 groups dine in inside. It is very clean and the staff (lady) is very sweet. The counter guy in charge is also very friendly.. Overall, it is a nice place to dine with a group of welcoming staff 💕

Semua okay lah except for the food itself. Dah beberapa kali pergi marrybrown sini but sentiasa end up kecewa dengan makanan :( kalau pergi marrybrown branch lain selalunya ayam akan berasap panas and kulit pun rangup but marrybrown sini ayam suam dan kulit liat. Dah inform cashier but dia kata ayam baru masak. Kalau nak kata memang gitulah rupa ayam marrybrown, kenapa tempat lain punya far better? Tahlah, sedih sebab bayar mahal but gitu lak rupa dia. Will never come back there again. But anyways, pls improve your food quality. Kesianlah kat orang datang nak makan (Kiri marrybrown angsana mall ipoh, kanan marrybrown klebang melaka. Dua dua set sama ayam spicy)

I’ve had worst experience here other than any marrybrown branch. The air conditioner not working properly?? How a customer suppose to eat and sweating? And then, Staff attitude is not professional and unpleasant. And there is one staff named mat ajim if im not wrong, maybe he could improve the way he worked. Like maybe not shouting or slam a tray or something (just saying). Be a professional. From my experience, for the payment method, maybe you can add qr also there. Good cozy place to chill out near Klebang area. However, service is surprisingly slow... Maybe due to this branch just being opened.

Unfortunately also, my portion of fried chicken received had 1 of 3 pieces that WAS NOT FULLY COOKED. Hopefully the branch management would attend to these issues soonest possible to avoid future customers being disappointed or dissatisfied.
