Had the worst experience here today. This place should not even be called a hotel – it feels more like a hostel. There is no lift, and after 5pm they don’t provide any helper to carry things.
My wife was here for a bridal makeup assignment while also undergoing a medical procedure. Yes, it was the customer’s mistake to book this place, but things happen. Even after multiple reminders, the booking was made here because they were told over the phone that the hotel had a lift. That was untrue.
When we arrived, a cleaner kindly helped earlier in the day. But later at 5.45pm, when I asked the reception for help, the receptionist (a fair looking lady, very fair, wearing a black pottu on her forehead) coldly said there are no helpers after 5pm. She then told me, “You look okay to carry things yourself,” even though I was visibly limping and I have a knee injury. When I explained that, she laughed sarcastically and said, “Then you have to figure it out yourself.”
Where is the empathy, humanity, or even a basic effort to help? A 2-star hotel may lack facilities, but rudeness and dishonesty from staff is unacceptable. To make things worse, I later saw the same cleaner still working upstairs, which means the receptionist had lied.
This was the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I have ever had at a hotel. Zero care, zero service,...
Read moreThe hotel is located at the heart of Seremban 2, surrounded by lots of eateries, and a few grocery shops, all within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful upon checking in as well. One downside is that the room we stayed in was located right opposite sort of like a bar and we could hear people drinking and chitchatting loudly from our unit, hence, not recommended for light sleepers. On top of that, I'm also not sure if the bedsheet, quilt and duvet covers were changed as ours looked used and had some dirt on it. The toilet bowl also had patches of dirt on it. It's must also be noted that toiletries e.g. toothbrush and toothpastes, shampoo and soap are not provided. Overall, the room and service are reasonable for its price, but cleanliness needs to be paid more...
Read moreReally a nice budget hotel. Inexpensive but comfy enough. Had basic amenities such as kettle, instant coffee/tea, shampoo, TV . No mini fridge. Walking distance to many high rated Western, Japanese style restaurants (maybe non-halal) , convenience stores such 7eleven and Family Marts. . There's a mamak stall & satay nearby. Rather limited parking space & shared with numerous cafe's customers. Please bear in mind, at night , can be a bit noisy and can be unbearable on weekends due to several pubs & karaoke nearby . Pretty thin wall, so you might noises from other rooms. Unless you sleep like a bear, please standby earplugs. The staff...
