First and foremost, the owner/s did not indicate that there was a large enclosure (sangkar) of cats and birds in front of the car porch of the house on their social media, or wherever the premise is promoted. Given the owners have placed air purifiers on each room on the first floor, if you have allergies to cats or birds then this could be a health risk. We were given a set of house rules which is standard, however these house rules are very strict and such would cause deduction of deposit, for instance I was given deduction of RM 30 from my deposit as I accidentally left 5 outdoor lights on after daylight when checking out (I’ll leave it to you to decide if the deduction is necessary or not). There is no WiFi as the caretaker explained the area is not covered by any WiFi providers (I'm uncertain this is true or not as I didn’t check with other homes in that area). The home has 1 toilet, 1 shower, and 1 toilet with shower en suite in the master bedroom so you will need to take turns if you’re bringing a large group. We experienced the water pressure being slow in the 1 toilet mentioned. The outdoor pool was cloudy and almost murky, different than what was promoted in their social media. Note that there is a camera placed in the living room, though the caretaker explained they do not store the recorded footage and its only precautionary should there be any loss or damages to the property . The owners mentioned deduction of the deposit due to the lights being on, however they offered to waive the deduction if I were to give a glowing review and perfect rating, which I’m unable to do as per above experiences. Bear in mind our deposit is more than half of the nightly rental. One positive is that the house is very clean when checking in, and every room is fixed with aircond. Another positive is that it is very near the river (less than 100 m) and a lot of restaurants within 2 km of the home. Best place best view! Very unique house in the middle of village. We book the house 1 month before and 1 day before check in i came across this house google which i concern and worried. Fortunately everything is ok when check in. What I concern the most is cats cage,luckily it is locked and most of the time the cats and the cage didnt really bothered us,dont have anything strong smelly only normal cat’s smell since we enjoyed so much at bbq pool area and inside. The house is sparkling clean which is a relief since my son have a heavy asthma.

I must say that this is one of the vacation house that is really meets my expectation,they provide almost everything so we feel comfortable and ease. Love that the house is very near to the river! So nostalgic like back in our childhood walking to the river. My kids are so happy playing around,they have swimming pool that is suitable for kids,not too depth myb below 3 feets and my husband enjoy bonding with the kids.

Weekend here full of tourists but the best thing is the house backyard very private and you feel free to do anything. The highlights is their bbq pit! Some place even charge this. But here they provides the charcoal,all the bbq tools,fan,fire starter and even the lighter. Usually we brought all our owns from home. I must say that everything worth every pennies, worth to stay!👏🏼👏🏼 we even plan our vacation to come here again myb during Hari Raya next year! Btw, we book the house directly via whatsapp number at their instagram,not other website apps since other website have very high tax. So we got it cheaper than the price in other website.

Myb cons i think they have autogate but we hv to manually open n close the gate,only they give the lock pad. They have washing machine but dont have dryer,we were told that there has laundry nearby and they provide drying cloth racks. The parking floor is very slippery when wet,we were reminded by the host to be extra careful if its wet, attentive...

We had a pleasant stay. What we love most (especially the kids) are the swimming pool, trampoline, kitchen design & utensils and the house is near to the river / public picnic spot (walking distance). The house is clean including the bathroom  & toilets however some people wud need some time to adapt with the toilet bowl design (it is a 2 in 1 design sit + squat) 😅. We did BBQ during dinner and complete set were provided for u to set up the BBQ pit. The host is very informative with fast response and very generous too (we received complimentary unicorn float & ice cream malaysia).
