Happy Paradise Janda Baik Pahang — Hotel in Pahang

Was reading a lot of positive reviews hence I have decided to give my parents a treat with my children. ||The petting zoo is impressive, with many adult horses and several ponies. Some unique species of monkeys, reptiles, porcupine, etc.||This part children truly appreciate.||||Pool is small and we don't know why bt both children came up with very itchy rashes over their body after 2 hours playing in the pool.||||The nightmare is - I booked the superior family room, only to find that it's in the main building, right outside the room is the snooker table, and swimming pool., literally right in front of my room !!!! so you can imagine it's just nightmare...my parents had problems sleeping because just one wall away, there are many adults and children laughing, enjoying themselves!!! I called the hotel to stop this people, it was indeed mixed feelings, because people are here to have fun....but over here we are having our holiday and my children and parents need to rest...sigh....after being tourtured for 2.5 hours, I have to personally go out and plead to the people to stop...am thankful at least they are cooperative.||||Staff and very friendly and helpful....they even cook separately to accommodate our vegetarian needs during breakfast...||||The mongolian tent is quite nice, it was installed with ventilator...and there's toilet right next to it with good barbecue and stone tables and chairs outside....quite a...

I can’t praise more for what this place has to offer. ||Fun mini zoo- the animals are so active! One pair of those birds can speak. The monkeys are friendly enough to have wefie with you, they dance too! Horse riding with minimal charge and etc. The zoo is clean. ||There are pool and dart game ,karaoke for adult. And I had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. ||They serve decent food at reasonable price. But if you want to self prepare bbq and steamboat, there are gas stove, utensils, fridge to keep ur food, basin to wash your ingredients. ||There are few huts to relax under the trees. ||We rented a tent and chalet. Both we had good experience with. The tent has 4 mattress with a portable air con. The shared toilets are clean. The chalet is spacious. ||Breakfast is sweet and simple. Nasi lemak and fried bee hoon. Kids entitled milo and adult has 3-1 packet tea and coffee to choose from. ||Strongly recommend for family stay if you are considering janda baik as your city escape...

It is not easy to find a place to accommodate a big group with 30 pax like ours, from baby to 70's. This is definitely the right place and we are already looking forward to the next stay!||Rooms (we took the entire bungalow with 6 rooms, to accommodate 6 big families)- spacious and clean. Well thought design. comfy bed and mattress. Mosquito kept outside with nets. Need to bring own toiletries. TV was there with not much channel available.||Food - apart from simple breakfast which is included in the package, we catered dinners for 2 nights and it was decent.||Facilities - the kids love the swimming pool with the slides. Not a chlorinated and crystal clear pool but good enough. Petting zoo was amazing, with many well-cared-little-creatures. Lots of greens around. Pool games, badminton court, fish spa were all credits.||Also easy to get around to other places...
