The staff were very kind and attentive. They were quick to resolve any issues we had, and were very hospitable. They allowed a friend and I to store our belongings while we did an overnight jungle trek, and our things were returned safe. The room came with 2 small bottles of water, soap, and shampoo packets. We got towels and toilet paper, but only after asking. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked very well.

The door also would not close, so we had to use our belongings to keep the door shut. We could not lock it.
