Dofi® Donut - Donut Famous Kuantan — Restaurant in Pahang

We had just finished our meeting at 1:00 pm in Kuantan, when Najwa suddenly called from her office, and requested us to check out this donut establishment. Since we did have some time to spare before going back to KL, we decided to give it a try..

It was located near Kuantan Parade and Kompleks Teruntum, at a place I was quite familiar with during my schooling days, many many years ago. But we havent been coming to these areas lately, and it took awhile before we found it.

Located along a major road, the shop consisted of two units of shoplots. The colors and decor were quite attractive, and my wife was very eager to venture in. Najwa was eyeing for this certain type of donut that was their specialty and heavily hyped on promotion, but upon asking my wife was told that they would only start baking that particular one from 3:00 pm onwards! Talk about your specialty donut!!

Obviously slightly disappointed, my wife decided to order 3 sets of each available types, to be packed into 3 separate boxes. Even that she had to caution the staff who was just simply stacking those delicate pieces one on top of another!!

Luckily, when these donut finally reached our 3 children, all of them were fully satisfied with the taste, and kept asking for more...I guess Kuantan really has to step up on the services part to make it...

Delicious fluffy doughnuts with variety of choices. They are creative to create countless uniques doughnuts that suits their customer tastes. I had to admit that their doughnuts are so tasty and make me addicted haha! Their coffee is also taste great. I like their latte caramel. The doughnuts size are bigger than common pastry. Their doughnuts are cheap too! So you can enjoy their doughnuts with no worries! Their staffs are nice and friendly too. They really know what customers want. For example, the doughnuts recommendations to the customers. I’m really satisfied with their tip top services. Car park ate a bit hard to find but it worth the hassle. I would recommend this cafe to doughnuts lovers. And I would also recommend my favs, tiramisu, double chocolate, and...

Ngl the donuts are out of this world and they just renovated the shop, so that there are more seating area. I tried the coffee before and it was a disappointment as well as the service but now it is better since there are more staff and the menu has improved. I only ordered take away to stop myself from buying more. The donuts are so soft and have many interesting flavours. Note that they do not provide paper or plastic bags and the prices based on flavours, they only sell donuts in 2,6 or 9 pieces. Can pay using QR, cash or card

Update: Feb 2025 launching of the new crispy donuts, they donuts was good, taste almost like Korean garlic bun price per piece RM7 kind of pricy for a standard size donut, I expect it to be bigger....
