the service staffs are very polite.||||we booked 1 twins room and 1 family room.||||there's no lift in this hotel, so if traveling with elderly probably need to choose room at the ground floor. but the activities (hotel backrooms) are happen there, so probably not suitable for those light sleeper.||||for twin room located ground floor, there is no window. with standing shower.||||for family room located first floor, it's very big with 2 king size beds. with bathtub(climbing of stairs required. we have 1 big luggage, so it's pretty challenging to carry it up and down).||||the bad points.||1)the toilet flooring is so slippery when it's wet. the hotel did place a pair of flip flop in the room but my granny doesn't feel comfortable wearing it. will be great if they can treat the floor with non slip solution or place non slip mat.||||2) the bathtub is very high. so short people like us is quite difficult to climb in and out and there's no grip handles near. so it's quite dangerous for elderly. since the bathroom is big, it will be great if they can install standing shower. the basin pipe is spoil, so if you turn up for heavier flow of water, the water will spill from the pipe, causing wet floor. the bathroom room floor is very slippery too.||||3) carpet for both rooms required cleaning badly. when we walk without shoe after shower, our soles will be all dirty when we reach the bed.||||hope these will be improved. it will be a better...
Read moreWe stayed in a deluxe room with a queen sized bed. The room is carpeted, provided with TV ( with Astro channels), cupboard, studying table and hair dryer. Iron and its board is provided only upon special request. Their receptionists, especially a Chinese girl, most likely she's the manager, she was being so helpful and hospitable during our stay.||The hotel is located around 5minutes driving distance from the town where the express bus station is located. By walking around 15minutes. ||The rate includes simple breakfast, like coffee, tea, toasts and fried noodles. If it isn't satisfactory, you may visit the nearby restaurants, there's even a 24 hour operating Mamak restaurant right behind the hotel.||It's a budget hotel, so no elevator, only staircase. If I'm not mistaken, highest floor for guests would be 3rd floor. You may request for ground floor if you are coming with seniors who have difficulty in walking. ||Overall, it's a good choice for a budget...
