Hotel Seri Malaysia Temerloh — Hotel in Pahang

I dunno how to describe it. I feel pity for the staffs there.

Dear Hotel Seri Malaysia management, your policy such as 3 pm check-in is really bad idea. Please consider earlier check in and flexibility.

Room condition- okay. So so. No fridge. Not so spacious.

The lobby is okay, and pleasant at least to the travellers.

BUT, the accomodation building IS JUST TOO OLD,NOT WELCOMING,UNPLEASANT, and looks like a school hostels to me. And us.. You may ask your customers/travellers, or you can simply view it from far.

To he honest, the hotel management SHOULD HAVE INVESTED something, in order to make your hotel looks pleasant. This is Temerloh, the famous area where tourists and travellers come to find local delicacy such as patin tempoyak. How come you keep your hotel look like a haunted mansion.

Cafe - Breakfast menu is just so so. Not much choices,luckily the nasi lemak is quite delicious.

Truly,honestly, and deeply, I think pihak Hotel Seri Malaysia should look at the angles of improving this hotel for the sake of your business. You guys got the brain, do some investment.

Last, thank you for the staff friendliness and very helpful. (though late check in 3pm really annoys us. Not only me waiting. A bunch of 4,5 families were waiting as well.)

Thank god you got these kind of good guys who keeps working in your hotel.

Hotel Seri Malaysia, please buckle up. We want you to be in the 'race'. If you don't take this comment seriously, your team, your hotel legacy will FALL in this disruptive improvement era, done by MANY HOTEL CHAINS so far.

Sorry for those harsh words,but you guys need to take action. Get up...

This was my first time staying here even though I always travelling to Temerloh. The reason we picked this hotel because only walking distance to||||1. Pekansari (a farmers market every Sunday morning 7.00 am - 12.00 pm)||2. My favorite Ban Hin Coffee Shop ||||We booked family room, 1 queen 1 single bed. The room was old but okay. There was no remote control for aircond so a bit difficult to control the temperature Channels for tv only 2/3 options and only 1 can be watched clearly. ||||The staffs were helpful and friendly. Don't take with you all the luggage during check in as you may get the room far from the lobby which in my case I got room in Block B area and have to take stairs and walk to next block with all the luggage. (no porter provided)||||Breakfast selection very poor. By 9.00 am there was nothing left except for plain nasi lemak. Lucky they didn't charge for extra person (supposedly RM15 per adult) since it was not worth at all. ||||Overall it was okay for one night but not for...

So, here goes. We had a family event to attend nearby and opted for this hotel. There were elderly people in my family and they gave us rooms on the 3rd floor despite the fact that the occupancy rates that day were low (no lifts in this hotel, mind!). After considerable debate with an unfriendly staff at the reception, we were able to get one room on the ground floor. Only one?? But, i guess we have to make do.||The room itself was in a poor state, with dated furniture and super hard bed & pillows which looked like they hadn't been washed in centuries. My sister had major skin reaction after sleeping at this hotel. The aircond wasn't working as much as we would like it to and the towels provided had dodgy stains on it (God knows what happened to it!). Water pressure was also quite low. ||It is actually sad because the grounds itself is pleasant but poor maintenance ruined the whole place. There is simply nothing great to talk about this place, so...
