Hotel Apsara Temerloh Gateway — Hotel in Pahang

Update 8 March, 11pm. After the review given here, the staff approached me again and refund the amount.

I have made a deposit of RM50 (which according to the price chart, lost key is RM40) for the room key (as I lost it in the next day), fortunately it was found by the cafe staff and returned back to the he hotel. During the check-out, the girl who collected the deposit is not on duty, and served by another staff. Requested my bank info and will bank in back to me for the deposit.

As of today which this review is given and check-out the hotel on 21 Feb 2025, it has been 2 weeks and yet to get the refund. The girl who contacted me keeps saying will provide the refund with the receipt.

The location was quite strategic as it's located in the town area with a variety of facilities, food store and mart for getting the basic needs with just a walking distance (around 3-5minutes).

The room was big enough for a single or two person. Please prepare long pants and sleeve for sleeping as there might be...

This is my honest review. At first, I was impressed with your lobby — it’s really beautiful. But… when I entered the room (Standard Double Room), there were a few letdowns. The room had no windows, only one power socket located next to the bed, and just one ceiling light. Come on, at least there should be two power sockets and a bedside lamp. And the coffee and tea for guests were just left out like that, with no proper setup. There wasn’t even a plug for the kettle.

As for breakfast, I was very disappointed. The front desk said it starts at 7AM, and the coupon also stated 7AM. But when I came down at 7, they were just starting to prepare the food. I only got to eat around 7:20, and even then it was just a packet of nasi lemak, because the staff said the buffet...

Strategic Location and Excellent Service!

I recently stayed at Hotel Apsara in Temerloh and had a fantastic experience.

The hotel is in a strategic location, making it convenient to access the city.

The hotel itself is very clean and new, which added to the comfort of my stay.

I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by the front office staff, especially Didie.

She was incredibly attentive, professional and helpful throughout my stay.

The check-in process was smooth, and Didie’s knowledge and excellent customer service made me feel very welcome.
