Secret Recipe Temerloh — Restaurant in Pahang

Was there at 11:10am but the outlet yet to open with one of the roller shutter halfway opened.

My intention was to purchase a couple of sliced cake. Stooped down to ask one of the staffs whether the outlet is open for business. I was told will be open at 11:00am & told the staff it's now way past 11:00am.

I voiced-out my intention & asked whether I can have takeaway & was told to wait for it to open for business which will be another 15 minutes.

Will be my last visit until the outlet improves...

The food quality used to be so great and it was the only restaurant I trusted in Temerloh. However, the past purchases recently had been very disappointing. The chicken pieces in the soupy menu and grilled chicken were so unfresh. The one in the soupy menu didn't even taste or look like chicken anymore, almost not edible. The grilled one was so tough. Everything was good here except for my customer service experience. I was disappointed by the lack of friendliness from the staff here. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I encountered a dismissive and unwelcoming attitude that made my experience very unpleasant. I hope they work on providing a better experience for their customers moving forward. A simple smile costs...
